Your consultation

Your initial consultation is carried out in a comfortable and tranquil setting in Ebdons Court Natural Health Centre in Sidmouth or at place that suits you nearer your home. The first meeting takes up to one and half hours and includes a full case history looking at all aspects of your life including present and past symptoms, family history etc . I will then produce your individual nutrition treatment plan and either email or send this in the post for you to look at before our next consultation which will last about 40 minutes. A follow up meeting is then recommended in 6- 8 weeks to check progress and may be all that is required whereas other conditions may take a little longer and require closer supervision. Consultations by telephone may also be possible. Prices are available on request.
