Your nutrition plan

Following your first consultation you will receive a typed nutrition plan which will give you a short summary of your condition, links to previous family history, lifestyle, what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. Depending on your particular needs it may also include some supplements and techniques to assist with relaxation, detoxification and improved wellbeing.

Your plan will take account of your lifestyle, the time you have for shopping and cooking, your likes and dislikes and the speed at which you want to change. I am very keen to ensure that you have a manageable, practical approach to healthy eating and that a change in diet is a positive step which you will enjoy and want to do more of when you see the added benefits. If there is something I suggest which you do not like or is not achievable then we can find alternatives depending on your particular situation. Your plan may also need to be in phases which change over time as results appear and you may only need to stop eating certain foods on a time limited basis.
